Blue Water Keyes is a luxury condo building featuring an oceanfront pool, hot tub, indoor pool and gym! This gorgeous 11th floor suite features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with tile floors throughout the entire unit. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops and two coffee machines - a Keurig and an automatic coffee maker. There are Roku Smart TVs throughout the living room and bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed with Brand New Serta Hybrid Mattress and the master bath features a shower/tub combo with a double vanity. The master bedroom also has its own private entrance to the balcony. One guest bedroom offers a queen bed with a bathroom that has a stand-up shower and vanity. The second guest bedroom offers 2 queen beds with a bathroom that has a stand-up shower and vanity. This unit has a full-size stackable washer and dryer and a large balcony with entrances from the living room and the master bedroom. This resort has an outdoor pool and lazy river, an indoor pool, and an outdoor jacuzzi. Also an exercise area overlooking the pools and ocean. There is free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit. This condo is located inside the Blue Water Keyes building. You can access all areas of the resort. This is a direct oceanfront building that requires a key for access to the building. There is a lobby with an oceanfront gym available to guests. Water amenities feature 56’ outdoor & indoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub that is usually open year-round, lazy river and kiddie pools. There is private direct access to the beach with a shower area to rinse off the sand. The building is a small, primarily residential luxury style building. Some resort amenities may be limited due to weather conditions and / or COVID, we will not refund on behalf of this matter. Less than 15 minutes to Myrtle Beach, SC and 10 minutes to Barefoot Landing. The nearest grocery store and convenience store is just a few blocks away. There is a free parking available to our guest 2 car maximum in the garage located under the resort for all guests. The resort is located directly on the oceanfront and ocean boulevard very convenient for walking. Uber, Lyft and local taxis are plentiful. The Coast public bus transport is available too.
