Wonderful Stay at a fun resort

Our family had a wonderful time in this condo at the Avista Resort. We love all the pools and lazy rivers and the access to the beach. The staff is friendly and the condo fit us well. The beds were comfy, the AC worked great, two bathrooms is a plus, and the overall atmosphere and amenities were great.

Room was very clean ( highly important to me).We didn't like the beds but everyone has different preference when it comes to beds.Furniture not comfortable and not enough.View is amazing!Has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Beds were super comfy, place was very clean, perfect size for me and my boys and friends that stopped by. View was amazing, great location in North Myrtle. My only wish would be for a washer and dryer, but we had a great time and would stay again!

Clean condo very well maintained

The condo was exactly as advertised , the host was very prompt to respond to any questions. Check in and check out was very easy. The view was fabulous, would definitely stay there again.

Beach vacation

My family and I decided to spend Thanksgiving at the beach. Our stay was wonderful and the listing was on point so we knew what to expect at the property. We ordered food from Cracker Barrel to cook at the condo and we had plenty of dishes and room to enjoy our Thanksgiving meal. And the beds were comfy for that post turkey nap!

Absolutely perfect!

Everything was great! Perfect rooms, plenty of linens, everything was clean, gorgeous view, perfect location on the beach, close to dining, great little place on site, drinks by the pool, very helpful workers at the hotel and the owners were so kind. We had our own beach gear but the owner had a bunch of stuff in the closet ( buckets, chairs, boogie boards ect.) which I think is so nice! It was a really great stay and we would definitely reccomend!

Wonderful Anniversary Long Weekend

Could not have been happier with our rental. The pictures were a true representation of the unit and the views from the condo were spectacular. Had several questions for the property manager and all emails were returned within minutes. Will rent again for sure.

Lovely unit

Well maintained and very nice. Though common with resorts and not fault of vrbo owner, the method used to allow for parking is lacking especially with current O.D. parking limitations. Parking should be determined by number of people allowed in unit rather than number of rooms.

Great stay and view with minor issues

The view from the room was great. The room was quiet. I had to prompt the manager to get check-in details, but that was handled. The room was missing some cleaning supplies for the requested checkout procedure and the supply of TP was low. Those were minor inconveniences that didn't prevent a great stay. I would suggest a power strip be added near the nightstand on the right bedroom because the plug is hard to get to behind the mattress with the plastic shield.

Great place to stay and great communication with the owners.

We had a wonderful 2nd honeymoon since it ended up just me and my husband the first time in 21 years. However I'm so sad to tell you I had to leave early that Thursday morning because my father had a stoke . We were 4 hours away. I was in a rush to pack and get out and knocked the hallway picture off the wall. So I am sorry for this. He got in rehab today . However I felt horrible for the picture just let me know how much to replace. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Christy

Great weekend spent in North Myrtle Beach!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this location. The property was very well kept and clean. The view of the ocean was incredible. I enjoyed waking up early each morning and sitting outside and taking it in. I had very few questions for Shannon, but I really did appreciate receiving quick responses. We didn't use any of the pool facilities as my husband and I smelled way too much chlorine and we weren't fans of that. I really enjoyed that this is a beachfront property as it made it easy to access with all your personal items and a very strong willed toddler. It was a bit of a pain to enter/leave the parking garage since it's very narrow, and in this particular weekend, there was a broken elevator at the parking garage and the resort, therefore waiting for elevators was a bit frustrating, but despite this, we would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo, I wish I would have noticed there wasn’t a washer and dryer available. Also we only had 3 trash bags and 3 rolls of toilet paper. The hotel wouldn’t give us extra because it wasn’t one of their units. Was very clean, beds were comfortable.

This was our first trip to Myrtle beach and I’m so happy that we found this unit! It was bright, refreshing, and most importantly clean. We had absolutely no issues and did appreciate all of the staff at the resort as well. The only downside is the parking garage. It is tight and you have to walk across the street just that has nothing to do with the actual stay/unit and honestly isn’t a deal breaker.
