• Signed rental agreement and ID required
• We do not rent to locals to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests
• The private pool is seasonal
• The property has a camera system capturing exterior ground and pool areas (no interior cameras)
• Check-in time is between 4 PM and 6 PM; please note that 4 PM check-in time is not guaranteed

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
