Better communications / maintenance
It should be communicated in the ad The property is two separate for bedroom units that are no interior stairs between the units. Wow the property is a great location and shows huge potential the lack of maintenance on a property is starting to show its age The second floor bathroom smells a urine. The decks are starting to rot in the way. Third floor kitchen should be updated there is no pots pans cooking utensils in the third floor to cook in . The grill looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Upon checking we found dirty dishes in the dishwasher when communicated to the property manager . Didn't seem like they really cared. The house smells like must there's no air movement within the building...
