Overall, this hotel was just okay. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which made check-in pleasant. The little shop a close to the hotel was great. The bed was comfortable, but the room itself felt old and dated. The surrounding area didn't feel very safe, and the parking situation was a bit unsettling, although it was adequate. The hotel only had one small elevator, and while it worked, it definitely felt a little sketchy. The rooms don't have air conditioning. Since there were no screens on the windows, we had to choose between being uncomfortably warm or leaving the window open and worrying about bugs and the outside noise. We also tried the coffee shop, but it was overpriced and the coffee wasn't very good. Overall, the hotel met our basic needs, but I would probably look for another option next time.

Great hotel and conveniently located near Fisherman's Wharf. We liked the included full breakfast. Staff were very nice and service was great. The only negative point for me is that the shower and tap water did not have enough pressure and hot water could be burning hot. Besides that, everything was great.

Superb hotel. Beautiful rooms. Wonderful staff. Food is delicious and surprisingly well-priced for any hotel let alone a higher end hotel. The outdoor patio is a great place to enjoy happy hour away from the crowds. Perfect location for business or personal travel. Hard to imagine a better hotel experience.
