「First, I never got an email to check in.It turns out that all of the guest had the same issue, no email from the host with the checking in information. It took about 30 minutes to get t he info emailed to me. Once we checked in, the bathroom sink was plugged, the garbage disposal did not work, the microwave did not work, no hot water in the kitchen a and the floors were filthy. 「There was a miscommunication about our dog, we had messaged her saying our dog was 75 lb but would they make an exception? We did not hear back but was approved to come. We dropped our dog off and went to a church event and during that time we got six phone calls and four voicemails. I thought she was spam, from calling us so much. When we called her back she stated that she had cameras and that she would be watching us and she would be there in the morning before we checked out to check on us....
