"The best hotel i stay in years, went you talk about luxury, this hotel have everything super luxury, amazing service, great restaurants and the bar is so nice, the location super good and the price in relationships with same tipe of hotels is insistan today, I could live in the hotel, we try all 4 restaurant, the bar, the gym, the salon and the laundry and everything top"

"The hotel was clean and nice, and the breakfast buffet was good. However, the à la carte menu and coffee bar were very expensive for the quality. The staff could also be more understanding and helpful with guest concerns. When we were struggling to find an ATM, they offered little assistance. We also tried to extend our stay, but the wrong dates were entered, and we were later told there was no availability for the extra night, with no apology for the mistake. Lastly, some staff made comments about how “nice guests” leave tips, which felt uncomfortable and inappropriate."
