Very relaxing. We enjoy the front porch for our morning coffee. And back covered porch for evening dinners.Close to everything, yet far enough away.We've stayed here in 2025 & 2026 and plan to come back.

If you like Military Heritage, this is a great place to visit, about 30 minute drive.
The Lakes Park in Fort Myers is a great place to visit.

Such a cute little place with everything you could need within an hour of anywhere you could want to go. We enjoyed the country setting but were still able to get Doordash a few times and loved how convenient it was to the interstate. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again!

Property is overall well stocked, cute and clean. I stayed alone here while visiting friends in the area. Area needs better exterior lighting, could be easily fixed with a yard light and brighter exterior porch light to feel safe. I did address it with the owner as well as a couple other issues regarding heat but over-all it was fine. Marker posts are needed for the driveway/culverts and get rid of the powder river panel gates to create a better pull-in spot would be helpful as well as over-all appeal to the property. Whenever I called Uber for a ride, they parked in the street for pickup and drop off which wasn't safe but they were unsure where they could park. Many electrical outlets didn't work and I never could get onto Wifi during my 4 night stay even after asking owner. I'm a retired retail hardware store owner so I tend to really note the functionality of a property. ;-) This is a neat property and with a few tweaks would be perfect!

The host seemed very nice and accommodating. I don’t want to say that it was a bad stay because it was not, however, we were told on Friday when we arrived that there was a hot water heater issue but there would be hot water and just to not run 2 things at the same time. We weren’t at the house for long each day, we had 2 busy days, so we didn’t even attempt to use hot water until the day of check out when we were showering prior to check out. When we went to shower, there was absolutely no hot water, not even a glimpse of warmth, so we ended up having to take cold showers. I’m sure it could’ve/would’ve been fixed had we tried to use it sooner, but I also feel like it should’ve been tried and made sure it was working before our arrival. There was also no toilet paper when we arrived so we arrived and had to go get toilet paper, definitely not convenient. Again, it probably could’ve been taken care of had I spoken up, but it’s just the thought of making sure everything was stocked and working before we arrived. The house was perfect otherwise, perfect location to Babcock ranch where our family lives, and the check in/check out process was efficient.

Booked this due to location, it's right where I needed to be. Fell in love with everything else about it once I got there. Great host. Takes care of every little detail. So thoughtful and inviting. Lots of little extras for the guests. Host thought of everything! Definitely going to be the place I stay everytime I come 'home' to visit!

This property was wonderful. The location is quiet and very peaceful. The exterior and interior of the property was beautiful I especially loved having a nice back porch to relax on and new wood floors to step foot on. It was close proximity to all the amenities I could want. I will definitely try booking this property in the future because of just how nice it was.

Quiet; Comfy; Welcoming

Stayed for 4 nights while visiting family. Check in was simple and Julie was very attentive to any needs. Bed was comfortable. It was wonderful to be able to utilize the full kitchen for making a lasagna for the family! Lots of treats and daily items (like coffee pods, water, snacks) were provided. Plenty of towels. Reasonable price and mostly peaceful house in pretty spot

Well kept property with comfortable beds and porch on an open back yard. Some kitchen items limited but adequate. No dish or clothes washer, but as my stay was brief that was not an problem. Only issue was that the road by which the house sits seems to attract speeding cars. Definitely not for bicycling.

Great place to Relax

Our mail goals were to RELAX, READ, REEL (fish), and get a suntan. This property allowed us to accomplish everything! one day were didn't even start our car. We finished our vacation, very refreshed!
