It’s conveniently located, parking costs extra and there is no house keeping. I left the sign to have the room made up but they didn’t do it. They did take down the sign however.

Room rather small. But clean and tidy. Convenient location. Would stay again.

Light bulb flickering in bathroom -was a while before it was changed-had to get ready in the main area of the room

First time staying at this hotel in Ottawa. Nice big rooms, very clean, good gym facilities, lots of restaurants in the area.

The room was a little worn down (problems with the washroom faucet, wallpaper in the room was worn) . The staff was as per usual so kind, helpful and courteous. The restaurant was very good.
