「The location was perfect being just a short walk to Pitt St Old Village main area as well as so close to everything else including beaches and Charleston. But, the whole place needs a fresh coat of paint and some much needed deep cleaning of the bathroom and floors. Bathroom was especially mildewed and needed cleaning. Also, although the location shows Royall, it’s actually up a very narrow alley behind someone else’s house. Overall our stay was good. 」

「We had the best time staying at the Blue Palm! The location was perfect, steps from the beach. We loved having coffee in the morning on the screened in porch, listening to the surf. This was probably the nicest-furnished and cleanest vrbo I’ve stayed in. Morgan thought of every detail, and it made it so easy and fun for a girls weekend. Would love to come back!!」

「I can't thank the team of CHC Vacation rentals enough! From the 1st text to our goodbyes in person Wonderful. The cottage loved the style, paint color and decor. The half bath, kitchenette and washer & dryer all fully stocked are cleverly positioned & hidden. The staircase is wide & not slippery so very easy to use. The second floor is a true delight. Sun gently streaming through the bamboo shades gives off a pretty and restful glow. The bed was remarkably comfortable. Good amount of towels...

「beautiful quiet place and size for us two, with nice quiet beach front view from 4th floor, gorgeous sunrises, great dark sky star gazing with binoculars provided too, & easy beach access. Kitchen is very well stocked, the deviled eggs were a delicious welcome snack, & we felt right at home enjoying french press coffee. All you need is there & we’ll surely return.」
