Besides having fantastic ocean views and a quiet location, you'll also be in the Wild Dunes Resort, where you can pay to reserve a tee time at one of the renowned golf courses or book an upscale treatment at the Sand and Sea Spa. With brand new features and appliances as of March 2021, including a remodeled kitchen, this condo offers some of the finest in oceanfront accommodations!

**As of 10/24/2025 until further notice, the beach access gate at Seascape Villas will be inaccessible due to the current beach renourishment project,. During this time, guests can access the beach through the public beach access, which is just a short 5-10 minute walk from the Seascape Villas. There is limited public parking there at the public access location on Summer Dunes Lane, so walking, biking, etc. is highly encouraged.

Walk inside the condo and you'll find the open concept space with the kitchen, dining, and living area, with wide arched windows at the end of the room that look out to the ocean. First, you'll encounter the kitchen, with bright cabinets, sleek countertops, and a pristine, white-tiled backsplash. High-quality stainless-steel appliances let you cook up your own homemade dinners, or casual snacks such as fresh cut fruit with your breakfast. There's also a Keurig coffee maker for your morning joe! Convenient counter seating with three stools complements the formal dining set just past the kitchen, which can seat six.

Continue to find the living space, with plush blue furniture surrounding a large flat screen TV. Elegant décor with a beachy flair creates a luxurious space to relax, while views from the arched windows will take your breath away when you catch a glimpse of the ocean beyond. A high-top bistro set by the windows is a great place to sit and enjoy a meal with a view of the water and the sparkling pool down below.

Sliding doors lead out to the balcony, where you can revel in the ocean breeze. The balcony has a well-made outdoor dining set that can seat four, along with two sun loungers where you can lay back and soak up the sunshine. When you're in the mood to take a swim, this property features access to community amenities like the beautiful oceanside pool and beach path.

The master bedroom features a private entrance to the balcony, so you can step out and admire the ocean anytime of the day or night. Featuring a king size bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with double sinks, this room is a perfect picture of an oceanside retreat. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom, so there's not a bad room in the house. If you need extra space, the sofa folds out into a queen size bed, and there's a single sleeper sofa in the queen bedroom!

Finally, Seascape Villas are located in Wild Dunes Resort. The community pool is not heated and is usually open yearly from mid April to October 1 depending on the weather and maintenance. This is a private Resort of 1600 acres. Wild Dunes features six restaurants, the Sand and Sea Spa, The Wild Dunes Links golf course and Harbor golf course which Golf Digest consider among the “Best in the State”, Island Adventures recreation programs for children and families, and two miles of bike trails. The Links Golf Course Clubhouse is adjacent to property for golf enthusiasts. The Harbor Course is only a short drive from condo.

No golf carts allowed on the property at any time!

​​​​​​​A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWEL (1), BATH TOWEL SETS (8 bath towels), & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (6) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
