「Remodeled room was not done well. Floor had big gaps between the wood pieces. Rust around bottom of bathroom door. Light fixture was rusty. Bathroom light switch wiring is messed up. Fan would not turn off without jiggling all three switches on plate. Old stale cigarette could still be smelled. Outside at night felt sketchy. Marijuana could be smelled every time we went in or out. Loud partiers coming and going all night. Absolutely cannot understand how this property could be listed as an 8...
