"Friendly staff. Property and rooms were kept nice and clean. The only negatives from me is no ice machine on the third floor and no microwave in room. Had to go to the second floor for ice and microwave was provided on the 3rd floor where the ice machine used to be by the elevator. On a good note ..."

Jan 19, 2020They did not remove snow from the entrances which made unsafe to exit or inter the hotel. The did not clean the room every day as others do. They only offer to change towels. Staff is nice but lazy. Many customers complained about the snow
