We could actually see the SS Sapona from the upstairs master bedroom balcony! It was like being at home with how well Vinnie catered to us! We did lose Wi-Fi on the island but that was not a house issue. That was an island issue! Even during this time Vinnie continually communicated with us through satellite phone and kept us up to date with what was happening back...
