Dormitory room with full kitchen. On the edge of North Bay but excellent value for summer travellers. Great for folks who need two rooms. Easy check-in and lots of parking.

The apartment was clean although the carpet in some areas in the two rooms was ripped. Staff was very nice and friendly. I asked for an Iron that the staff provided to me. It is a good place for a family. Make sure you bring the kitchen utensils.

Stayed a Friday night unlike a motel very quiet no parties or people coming and going late into the night. A suite for 2/3 the price of a regular motel room. Felt very secure in the complex. No downsides at all.

This was a last minute booking that pleasantly surprised us. Aside from the double beds (some couples might find it cramped), this was a great place to stay! Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Like that there was a full fridge and freezer that I could make use of. Keep in mind there is nothing in the way of kitchen accessories when you choose these accommodations. Cleanliness was good. Check in was smooth and friendly although key access didn't work on the first set of cars keys. Check in person was helpful to let us in and then replace the keys. Would recommend for low key basic accomodations in the Gateway To The North!

Lowest price in the area as it is a college dorm. Quiet rooms. Didn't even hear the noisy elevator. Should have read the details closer though as there is no TV (thankfully I had my laptop) and no heat during summer, so unless you are used to apartment living, it can be a shock. Ilive in a house so hearing it cooking whenever I want. Thermostat set to 25, showing only 20. Cold in the room, warm bed at least.

AC was definitely on..... very cool The only issue we had was the shower had a cap missing so when the shower was turned on it spewed lots of water everywhere. We had just checked in late evening and we had to pack everything up and be moved to another room The host was very understanding and helpful in this process. Something was just overlooked....but everything else was good. Very quiet, nice two bedroom allowed the early riser to have a separate space to work. Will definitely return if in the area.
