This peaceful and private property is the perfect spot for a quiet, laid back lifestyle. Beautiful lush lawns flank the house front and back. There are three bedrooms - one queen bed with ocean views, one king bed, and a third bedroom with three single beds and with a leafy outlook over the front lawn. A shared bathroom with shower and a separate toilet are located on the main level. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is located adjacent to the laundry downstairs. There is space for two cars on the property - a single lock-up garage and a car spot under the shade of the stately pine tree.
