"Hosts are very responsive, live on-property but prioritize your privacy while you enjoy your vacation. Yard is huge and great for the kids for a variety of outdoor games. Setting is very peaceful and beautiful. Wildlife abounds. You’re out in the country but literally 4 minutes from town with groceries, parks, coffee, restaurants and Lake of the Woods."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hugo's Family Market is right next door. 1901 Bar and Restaurant was down the road, great food. Joe's is just down the road and around the corner. Amazing breakfast. Will definitely stay there next time we go to Warroad."

"Had a great time staying here! The location was convenient for what we were doing. The house had everything we needed and we were comfortable there. The only negative was that the grill gates were rusty, so we didn't use it. That was just a small thing though. Communication was great, too! If I'm ever in that area again, I'd definitely stay there."

"This place was so beautiful and had plenty of space for our family. Close enough to several boat launches and Warroad is about 20 minutes away. The home had everything you needed from dishes, crockpots, etc. Plenty of wildlife surround the property as we would be greeted by deer daily. The host was extremely helpful and answered any questions promptly. We look forward to staying here again in the future."

"The cabin was great and the peaceful forest was exactly what we needed. We especially loved being able to include our furry family member in our trip! Terri was very responsive and helpful even getting help quickly to take care of a downed tree that resulted from a holiday thunderstorm. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Terri!!"
