Welcome to our stunning beachside retreat at Carrickalinga Sands! Just a 3-minute walk from the beach, our home is nestled in a quiet and safe coastal haven where you can hear the waves crashing as you relax in the backyard.

Comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests, it's perfect for families or friends seeking luxury and space. Unwind in light-filled living areas or the covered patio overlooking the conservation park. Enjoy games, books, and sunshine for a wonderful break all year round.

The Space.
4 spacious bedrooms with beds premade awaiting your arrival! Quality cotton linen, extra blankets, quilts and bath towels all provided.

Enjoy three living areas.
The main open plan entails complete kitchen, coffee machine, two dining tables and lounge. Second, is a dedicated Games room as a kids retreat with plenty of entertainment. Third lounge area located at the front of the house has a second TV and an ‘old-school’ Nintendo with 300 Games pre loaded. There's a Work From Home dedicated desk with free WIFI, if you need to use while you're away.
There’s room for everyone to claim their own spot.

Outdoor Living.
Enclosed backyard, covered entertaining dining with BBQ to make use of summer nights. An outdoor shower and tap to wash the sand away. We must make mention of the child’s swing for hours of fun.

Two full bathrooms, laundry facilities and off-street parking for three cars. This home presents beach-side convenience and stylish comfort to explore South Australia’s Fleurier Peninsular.

Notify of all accidents and breakages at time of occurrence. Small breakages we won't charge, larger items we'd like to agree costs prior to departure
Wash and return all dishes, appliances, crockery and pans as they were found. You're welcome to stack the dishwasher and turn on as you leave.
Empty rubbish and bins into the outside bins correctly. Yellow for recyclables, Large Green for compost and Smaller Green for household rubbish.

House was very clean and suited two families staying together so well. So good to have linen and towels provided! Plenty of space for everyone. Quick walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to town. The host had excellent and clear communication. Really enjoyed our short trip. House and location perfect. Thank you!

Wonderful Winter Getaway Spot

Home away from home

It was so easy to settle in on arrival, and feel the restful peace of the environment. The accommodation was great with plenty of room for 10. Early morning and evening walks along the beach became the norm. Our 5 days felt like well over a week.

Great location & big roomy house

Loved the location, walk to beautiful sandy blue water beach. Lots of room in the house and yard space to hangout & play around. Hosts were very nice, would definitely stay there again.
