Unfortunately, our experience with this property was extremely disappointing.
We never received the check-in instructions, and when we arrived, there was absolutely no one available to assist us. We tried every possible way to reach the property — phone calls, emails, and text messages — but received no response.
We were left stranded without access to our accommodation and had to contact Expedia for assistance. It ultimately took approximately four hours for Expedia to relocate us to another property.
We were only in Montreal for one night, so losing four hours dealing with a situation that should never have happened completely ruined our evening and our experience in the city.
What was most frustrating was not simply the missing check-in instructions, but the complete lack of communication and support when we needed help. Guests should be able to expect clear arrival instructions and, at the very least, someone reachable when a problem occurs.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property. A very disappointing and stressful way to spend what was supposed to be an enjoyable night in Montreal.

Beautiful hotel and room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast. The wait time was too long for seating even though we were there during service time. We would have liked the option to bring food to our room, but that option wasn’t offered.
