Cozy Frog on the Beach! 2-bedroom Efficiency w/ Beach Access, WiFi, Smart TV

This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit is great for a small group with one vehicle. It features a private beach access that is shared only with neighbors on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay.
Near Virginia Beach, downtown Norfolk, ODU, CNU, naval bases, and directly across the bridge from Hampton, it is convenient to all major area attractions.
We've recently updated with wood floors, a new inverter HVAC unit for excellent climate control, 55" Smart TV, memory foam beds, and super fast WiFi! There is a collapsible 4-piece dining set, as this rather small unit does not have a dining room.
PLEASE NOTE: Only one vehicle may be parked in the driveway. Unit is upstairs. Pets are only allowed if quiet and fully housebroken, with payment of $100 pet fee.

Vrbo itself was very clean, easy access to beach. Fully equipped with kitchen gadgets, including utensils, pots and pans, silverware and coffee maker. Furnished with bath towels. Overall, a quiet, nice neighborhood.

Clean apartment. Just not for us. Porch was very very small, surrounded by apartments, homes. Walkway to the beach was a narrow path between apartments/houses then full of weeds. Needed cleaned up. Not a relaxing get away for us.
