This modern, newly built holiday apartment is 55 m² and located on the second floor, accessible by elevator or stairs.

It's conveniently located near both the beach and the city center, and features underfloor heating, granite tiles, and a southwest-facing balcony.

Luxurious bed linens and towels from Wäschekrone ensure a restful sleep.

We've placed great emphasis on top-notch amenities: sauna, rain shower, living area with a natural stone wall, Bodyguard mattresses (test winner according to Stiftung Warentest), safe, wine refrigerator, WMF kitchen appliances, and Joop blankets and pillows.

In addition to a coffee maker, you'll find a pod coffee machine and a basic supply of coffee filters, coffee pods, sugar, and milk. Other consumables are also provided: dishwasher tablets, dish soap, baking paper, hand soap, napkins, tissues, toilet paper, and kitchen towels.
