The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 4th bedroom (studio) with bathroom is attached to the house but has a separate entrance (access from the porch or garden).

Caya di Oro (Tierra del Sol Residence) is a luxury charming neighborhood located in the beautiful island of Aruba, and it is a perfect destination for vacation renters looking for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, Tierra Del Sol Residence is located just a short distance away from many of the Island's top attractions, including the famous Arashi Beach, Boca Catalina, Tres Trapi, Malmok Beach and the popular Palm Beach.
Although Aruba has public transportation on the main roads and a bus stops every hour, we recommend all Aruba visitors to rent a car.
The heat makes even small distances unpleasant to walk, especially carrying beach chairs, cooler, beach bag with towels, floats and other items that makes your beach time more enjoyable. The sun is very strong between 11am and 4pm and you will sunburn easily walking by the road.
Since people drive everywhere in Aruba, it is just not an island designed for pedestrians. The roads are not illuminated very well at night and there are no real sidewalks so you walk in the dirt beside the road.
If you are leaving your rental home a few times a day to visit a beach, a supermarket and a restaurant, a car will be worth it and cheaper than using taxis to get around.
Of course it is also the best way to really see and explore Aruba and visit different beaches!
Aruba does very safe and good taxi service, they are at your location in a matter of minutes after you call. Aruba does not have Uber yet!
All cars must be parked in designated parking areas.
No garbage cans, supplies or other articles shall be placed
on the patios, decks and entryways. Not shall any linens, clothing, rugs or
laundry of any kind be shaken or hung from any of the windows, doors,
patios or outside furniture. The property shall be kept free of refuse, debris and other unsightly material.
Contents of the Property should not be removed.
Likewise, no additions or alterations may be made
It is understood that guests and their guests may use the swimming pool
Each guest shall assume all risk of personal injury or
property damage that may result from the use of said pool, and will have to keep the pool area clean.
Checkout time – 11 a.m.
Parties are not allowed.
Loud noise after 10:00 pm is not allowed
Smoking is not allowed inside the property Glass bottles or glass containers are not allowed around the pool or BBQ
area.
