気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
The home's exterior was beautiful and looked exactly like the picture. Prior to coming to Aruba, the host responded to every email question and sent directions; great communication. The host provides all dishes, coffee maker, microwave, and cleaning supplies.
The property, while beautiful, is completely isolated and is not accessible by any public transportation, so you will need to be able to drive to access the location. Upon arrival, we noticed the dishes, microwave, and toaster were dirty. The couch had several stains; see photo in property photos where a blanket is used to hide furniture stains.The living room chair had tape covering rips on the arm of the chair. Luckily, we bought extra sheets, so we covered up the couch and the chairs. But the stains and the tape on the chairs were not concerning, but not major issues for us.
The house is not fully conditioned, only wall units in two bedrooms which did not cool the house down. With the house and temperatures at 87 degrees, the house never completely cooled down.It was comfortably hot in the living room. There is not a washer on the premises, so this was another inaccurate detail about the property amenities. On Day three, we found roaches and had to vacate the premises immediately.
I sent pictures of the roach and dirty items. The property owners offer to correct the issue, I was told roach remediation cannot be resolved quickly. Host refused to give a partial refund. I don’t recommend this roach and dirty place.
