"I was told by staff that the hotel is an older building. Also, I was told the air conditioner couldn’t be turned on at this time because the building is operating on heat. The suggestion from staff was to open the window until the room cooled off. Unfortunately, that made sleeping at night extremely uncomfortable because of the street noise. I picked the Hilton because of the big chain name. I will never do that again and I will never stay at this hotel again. "

"There was a hockey tournament held during the same weekend. The staff thoughtfully placed us away from the youth and their families. We hardly noticed they were there. "

"The location was good, we found walkable places to eat at, check out Billy’s and get the pastrami sandwich. Room was clean and they were able to accommodate an early check in since we flew in on a red eye. "
