「Really didn't like this place. It's older and quite run down, which is a pity, because we really liked the location. The rooms were dirty. There's no other way to put it. Look at the pictures. The pool was badly in need of basic maintenance. The breakfast was not impressive. Exclusively Thai food, which is fine, but I feel that should have been mentioned in the listing. All in all, we won't stay here again, even though the price was quite reasonable.」

「The room was clean and nice, but the as not ready for our arrival, we had to wait while they made the bed. (15.00) BY Far the biggest issue though was the directions on Expedia took us to a location 22 kms from the actual hotel. Fortunately a group of locals managed to find the core address in the internet!! We were not happy! 」

「711 across the road. Thai bbq buffet next door. The hotel has a great restaurant/bar on ground floor. This hotel is fabulous 」

「Great river view and big room. A little dated but nice.」

「Silp-Pa Phra is an interesting place alright. First you arrive you think it’s an art gallery but they also have hotel rooms too. The hotel rooms have that art flair too, the room, the bathroom and shower are set out pretty good too. The outside area is very nice and has the tranquility of rural Thailand. I’ve noticed the staff are friendly and could not have been more helpful. If you come to Ayuttaya and need accommodation, I’d recommend Silp-Pa Phra to anyone.」
