They say they take credit cards, but when you show up the security deposit has to be in cash and is $1000 Baht. You can only have one room key and it is needed to turn the electricity on, so if you and your traveling companion have different plans you must coordinate times to get back in. There is only enough parking for one car. This is rated 9.4 on Expedia, one of the highest ratings. It is not one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean.
