「滞在中は快適でしたが、チエックインの案内をもっとわかりやすく！「フロントがないので事前位連絡を」だけでは不十分、アパートからのメールを待ちましたが見逃して、海外からのしかも他のところからの旅行中だとネットワークもままなりません。、とにかく不安でした。キッチンのシンクの流れが悪く、食洗機を使うと下水が逆流してきます、洗面の流れも悪いです。直しをお願いして途中にどなたか来られるのが嫌で、なんとかコツをつかんで連絡せず切り抜けました。」

「The property was great for our girls weekend! We loved coming back to the property after a day out exploring Franklin. The space is perfect for a family or small group and can comfortably accommodate 5 people. The yard and property begged to be enjoyed. Staying here made our visit more enjoyable and we loved getting to meet Mark and Damon! 」

「We liked everything about the apartment. The location on the river is great and everything was clean ans as advertised. I only have 2 suggestions, keep the chairs by the fire pit wiped off (they were dirty and had bird poop on them) spend a little money to have the gravel driveway smoothed out! The bumps are terrible and hard to navigate, especially in a small car.Otherwise, all good stuff here.」

「The house is cute, in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to park out front, easy to find. Excellent breakfast options nearby and quick, easy access to downtown. The bed was comfy, breakfast nook had everything we needed plus a few drinks and snacks (thanks y'all!). Bathroom was spacious. Would stay again. 」

「Mandy, the owner of the property was so kind. We arrived when they were having a very important celebration with friends to celebrate a successful cancer treatment! 「We came to Nashville for the weekend to go to the flea market and go antiquing. The guest cottage was clean and quiet during our stay. It was convenient to the major roads in Nashville. Erin was very easy to communicate with, and made check in and out a breeze! Very cute space!」

"Terrible hotel and terrible service! I waited exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes for airport shuttle to come and made 5 phone calls to repeat everything. Non smoking property they say, but my first room had a terrible smell. Next morning I requested airport shuttle, but when I came down, there was a big black lady sitting and saying "sorry sir we don't have your name, I can't help you" and I took uber for 20$. Hotel needs to update its services! Just don't go until then."

"The room is spacy enough and clean. There are two units of self laundry machine but no laundry and dry cleaning service. It is not far away from downtown if you use your car or rideshare apps. But I like to avoid the walking in the night from downtown. Breakfast are not hotel grade. They use paper plates and plastic cutleries. Only omlet fits my taste. It is good if you are student or big family who need to save money. If you are on bussiness trip, you should ask your employer to pay more."
