"Clean rooms, helpful staff. But the AC was not working for the entire two days of my stay. Considering the amount I paid for my stay it was unacceptable. Breakfast was average too."

"Management doesn’t know the system. Room was not ready, very dirty and poor looking, basic amenities missing, mattress was terrible. Never going back."

I called the front desk at 1:30am as they started blasting music in their rooms and to be fair they sent a guy up and the music stopped but still had an awful lot of shouting, running up and down the corridor, doors slamming etc. "

"Air dryer need to be rotated and not permanent in room. Might not be available. Nothing near the hotel. Bkfast not for international traveller. Reception staff in some shift are untrained. Room looks medicore"

"Rooms are outdated, prices paid are not justified . I called hotel prior to my visit and staff was very rude on phone call, they didn’t tried to help me with my booking issues. "

"The hotel did not have my booking. I arrived at the hotel at 11.30 and they did not give me the room in spite of showing them the confirmation from Expedia. They refused to give me the room and asked me to make fresh payment. After a lot of arguments, they allowed me to check in and gave me a room at 12.30 am. A pretty bad experience. In the room, the bathroom had no hand towel, no floor mat. Cleanliness was 6/10. "

"Parking was paid, contrary to the description. The sheets were dirty, and the overall room condition was poor. The Wi-Fi was practically useless. Garbage left behind by previous renters was still inside and had to be removed. The bed was almost broken, with springs poking directly into the back. Overall, it was not a good stay at all."
