「The Staff service was amazing. they were always trying to make us as comfortable as they could with full of their hospitality. It was exactly professional service.
If we have one thing to notice, whereas the manager told us we could get hot shower, we couldn't.
The time was very hot, so actually no problem.
We hope Wilpattu National Park will get better to see more various animals in the near...

「The AC in our first room wasn't functioning properly. We were moved to another room and that was great. The staff were all fantastic, the pool was beautiful in a great location which felt like you were in the jungle. Breakfast was excellent. Other meals all very good and tasty. 」

Une coupure de courant le soir, le personnel a tout fait pour rétablir au plus vite. Le gérant de l hôtel propose ses services de chauffeur pour des prix correct, très arrangeant. 」
「This is a primitive camping site. Yes the tent is large and there is an outdoor toilet and shower which is delightful but this is still just a camp site. No other facilities. There is no A/C and it can get quite hot in the tent. We had a wonderful candle lit dinner by the chef who also lit us a fire which was beautiful under the stars. Some holes in the tent need to be fixed due to mosquitos. 」
「Part of this hotel is under renovation. Improvements are being made but the service is excellent as provided by Dilan, the owner.
This hotel has a huge lake right behind it and it is sanctuary to wild life. Very quiet and peaceful. I strongly recommend it.」
「The pictures are deceiving. Positive thing is that the room is spacious and AC is fantastic. Everything else is something to criticize on. I.e a ton of mosquitos, washroom is full of stains, the doors to the bathroom doesn’t close properly making mosquitos to fly into the room through the bathroom. The bed had mattress cover but no blankets whatsoever and had to explicitly request one, which showed up as if a few cats picked a fight in it. 」

Arrivé a 23h30, le propriétaire dit ne pas avoir de réservation ( confirmation et paiement ok sur hotel.com 1semaine avant..) obligé de payer une seconde fois le prix de la chambre ( en espèces bien sur et sans facture !!!). Hotel plus que vieillissant, equipements rouillées...)」
