"Rooms and Property were very clean and welcoming. Gym is large and well equipped. Family pool and private pools were huge and well maintained. Some staff members (front desk and pool) were extremely helpful, while others especially at the restaurants and food hall were not. This is a great family friendly resort. Only complaint, entire building had to evacuate twice in two nights due to false fire alarms."

"The Room was spacious and the balcony was a nice size. The lounge chair topped it for me. The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful from the 2nd floor. The breakfast was good with many options and the staff working the dining was nice and friendly. The carpet need to be replaced or cleaned felt sticky. You can hear the people next to you especially the dog. Other than that no issue with the hotel and I would recommend it.."

"Overall, we had a decent stay. The area was nice, and the property was clean overall. Having the canal right outside was a nice feature, and it’s about a 40-minute drive to an actual beach, which wasn’t too bad.There were a few minor issues during our stay. The AC wasn’t always working properly, and the hot tub had a wooden board placed over it. Unfortunately, water collected underneath the board and completely filled with mosquito larvae, which was definitely unpleasant.The listing also mentions a dock, but there really isn’t a dock—it’s more of a small bench area where you can sit by the canal. It wasn’t terrible overall, and there were definitely some positives, but there are a few things that could be improved.Unfortunately, I did have to cut my trip short because I became pretty ill, so I wasn’t able to fully enjoy the rest of my stay."
