"I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about...

"Herr Meinel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sich wahrlich mit viel Engagement persönlich um seine Ferienwohnungen kümmert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gerade so als ob das Objekt eben erst in Betrieb ging und wir die ersten Gäste sind. Leider war unser Apartment konstruktionsbedingt (Innenausbau als Trockenbau) etwas hellhörig, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Unsere 4½ Tage in Zwickau und Umgebung waren wunderschön. Unsere Unterkunft war SUPER!! Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und reichlich Platz um den Tisch in die Küche zu essen, oder im Wohnzimmer. Begehbare Dusche war sehr gut weil eine in unsere Gruppe ist geh behindert. Das ganze Haus ist ruhig, auch der Gegend. Kann nur positives sagen/schreiben. :-) "

"Die Betonoptik sowie die edel angehauchte Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Aussicht auf den See war wunderschön. In der Gegend haben wir einige kleine Ausflugsziele besucht und durch die Bushaltestelle direkt an der Wohnung war auch die Anbindung nach Leipzig überhaupt kein Problem. "Top Aufenthalt hier am WE. Die direkte Absprache mit Tanya hat super geklappt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Klasse Kaffee! Einzig, die weiche Matratze im Doppelbett war nicht so mein Fall. Dafür hat sich unsere Tochter über die hergerichtete Schlafcouch sehr gefreut. Parkplatz vor dem Haus auch kein Problem. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Vielen Dank für die schnelle Rückmeldung, wir haben jetzt eingecheckt. Zimmer sind ok aber abgewohnt und billig eingerichtet. Silberfische auf dem Boden , alle Fenster auf bzw. abgekippt, was halt bei 2,5 grad C Außentemperatur total sinnfrei ist. Der Grund dafür ist dass verrauchte Zimmer. Was selbst als Raucher unangenehm riecht. Sorry aber dann bitte nicht für eine Suite verkaufen und Bilder nutzen, die mit der Realität nichts zu tun haben um einen höheren Verkaufspreis zu erzielen. ."
