The location is ideal. The staff were excellent and the hotel is modern and chic. Quiet rooms and a nice fitness center just out their back alley exit. Great hotel!

This Boutique Hotel/ B&B is a pearl in Denver!! I am so happy we found it! It has so much character and charm! The owner came down every morning to visit with each guest at breakfast to see how their stay was. He also was the bartender at the 12 Spirits Bar on site. The room we stayed in was the Prague. I wanted to take the bed home with me it was so comfortable!! Wow!! The room had a lot of room in it and the bathroom was huge and decorated very well! For breakfast we had a different savory and a sweet choice every morning. They were so delicious, seriously, the chef knows how to make breakfast!! So many things about this place I liked! I would recommend this Hotel to all the people I like going to Denver. Not to everyone, because I want to be able to get a reservation when I come back next time!

"We loved the setting, right along the beautiful Colorado river! The house has room for lots of people and it also has alot of character. We had trouble getting the wifi password and struggled to communicate with our host because of poor service. Overall it was a good stay!"
