Everything was perfect until a reception staff who can’t speak simple English ask me to read about the housekeeping rules myself when I enquire. And the best part was she showed me a non English version and ask me to read myself.

This is a lovely hotel! It is short walk from Kyoto station and near many shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and more spacious than many others we’ve stayed in.
