Check in was a bit troublesome as you have to go to the guesthouse at the far end which is a bit of a distance from our hotel room. But it's walkable and got shuttle bus. You can use onsen at other property in that area too."

My Japanese is limited so we really appreciated the staff doing their best to explain policies in English. We stayed in a Japanese style room, it was huge and had everything we needed and more - and the view of the ocean was fantastic! We also took advantage of the private onsen, highly recommend. Buffet breakfast had a ton of great options, and we appreciated how large the dining room was. There is a 7/11 next door and the beautiful beach is right across the street! I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in this area!"
