「The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at.」

「施設は壁が薄く、隣の部屋の会話が気になるレベルで聞こえます。週末は若者が朝まで騒いで飲み会をやっています。きっと家のみ感覚で便利なのでしょうが、騒音がひどく、お客様窓口に何度も連絡しました。常駐している方がいないので、残念ながら、改善は見込めません。併せて、台所、お風呂周りの清掃や、全体的なホコリの状態は残念ながら清潔とは言えませんでした。コロナのこともあり、気になって、自分たちで掃除しました。残念ながら次回は利用しません。現場で対応頂いた清掃員の方は非常に親切でした。」

「Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common.」

「This apartment worked very well for us. It was clean, plenty of room, and a short walk to the bus stop and subway. The air conditioning was great. Good communication with the host. He was attentive to our needs He also informed us of Japanese customs and how society works. I would stay there again. 」

「Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. 「It's a beautiful, clean, cozy apartment for your home base while exploring Tokyo. It's modern and has all the amenities for a family to use. It's accommodated all 5 of us comfily. Having a clothes washer was a big plus. Just needed some closet space for clothes.」

「Even though our room was on the second floor, there was a friendly staff member to bring our luggage upstairs and down when we needed it.
