Located at the foothills of Mt. Annupuri, this modern mountain accommodation offers complete privacy within a newly built residence. Although part of a larger structure, the guest space is fully independent with no shared areas.

The unit features a full kitchen, private bathroom with washlet toilet, in-unit washer and dryer, purified water system, and essential amenities for a comfortable short or extended stay. Clean, minimalist interiors and large windows create a calm, functional space to relax after a day outdoors, with panoramic views of Mt. Annupuri throughout the seasons.

Guests have exclusive access to a private HUUM Nordic steam sauna, ideal for unwinding after skiing or hiking. Three major ski resorts are within a short drive (5-10 minutes), offering convenient access while maintaining a quiet setting away from busy resort areas.

The host does not enter the guest unit during your stay. Assistance and local recommendations—such as ski areas, onsen, and dining options—are available upon request.

Newly built in December 2025, this modern guest unit offers a generous 55㎡ (approx. 592 sq. ft.) of living space—comparable to a hotel Junior Suite. Designed as a seamless, barrier-free studio with no steps or partitions, the open layout flows naturally from the entrance to the living, dining, and sleeping areas.

Comfort & Atmosphere Located in the serene countryside, the unit is surrounded by forests, fields, and a quiet stream, away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort areas. Large windows offer panoramic views of Mt. Annupuri, and on clear nights, the sky fills with a breathtaking canopy of stars. For your comfort, all windows are equipped with blackout roll screens or curtains, and the entire unit features central underfloor heating to keep you cozy from the feet up.


1. Main Bedroom Area: Features two single beds (100cm wide). These can be pushed together to form a Wide King-size bed. This area can be closed off with heavy blackout curtains for privacy.

2. Living Area:
For groups of four, two additional single beds (100cm wide) are set up in the spacious living area.
