"this place is a big scam. Double deluxe rooms were so small, beds as described were not there, blankets were dirty and smelly, there was no parking place, why would they advertise parking when there is not even one place available for parking, on top of that they cheat people on a regular basis with key issues. They say you broke the key inside so now you have to pay 1000s of rupees to fix it. so much time each day was wasted. like 2-3 hours trying to get the key to the room fixed. we found out from others that it has happened to them too. whatever they do to the key, it is way of making extra money. I believe we paid for the breakfast but it was not available for free. Rooms are really really small. extra beds as advised online were not available in each room, rooms were not clean when given so we had to wait for them to clean the room before going in. the important issue is that they are not ready to accept their mistake. find another place, a very bad experience."

"The property is new, and the facilities are well maintained. The property is a bit inside of the main road, so spotting it might be a hassle. The rooms are actually very small in size, and that is an issue(for some, maybe). Also the hotel doesn't allow food from outside(to promote their costly in-room dining facilities), which is a hassle. Overall, the stay is awesome if we don't take into account the small rooms and no outside food policy. Have stayed for only one day, so can't really comment on the cleanliness on a day- to- day basis."
