"Very quiet and pleasant place to stay. Staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Away from the busier area around the ferry terminal, but still close enough to be able to walk to restaurants, activities, etc. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. It’s at the quiet end of senggigi but easily walkable to get to other restaurants and shops in the village.
The beach off the hotel is pretty, and the sea is nice but it’s quite a busy ocean area with jet skis and boats, but it’s charming and not noisy at all.
The staff are all lovely and breakfast is great. Excellent pianist playing each morning too.
The rooms are not new but they’re good size and everything works and is comfortable.
The gym is decent too, and the swimming pool is incredible.
Lovely place- would recommend it and will come back I’m sure. "

"Although the staff was nice, the hotel was in very bad conditions. The room as well as the rest of the common areas were dirty as if they have not been cleaned for weeks, the food at the restaurant was really bad and they did not have any of the plates offered in the menu. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures posted and we were really disappointed by its state. "
