"Great view of the lake (Thomas Suite). Very clean. Modern furniture and amenities. Now, This B&B is a cottage with multiple rooms on top of each other, so noise and footsteps can be annoying if people didn't respect quiet times and no noise in common areas."

"Was there for 3 nights. No heat or a/c in room. I asked for it to be repaired. The front desk person came to my room. He shut off the system at the wall and when he did, the fan began to work. He said “well, that seems to have fixed it”. The fan continued to work for the next few hours - with no heat or a/c however. The room was very cold (it was a very cold and windy outside for my last 2 days). I asked for someone to repair it … to no avail. On my third day … no hot water in my room. Couldn’t...

"Sam was the most accommodating for my very last minute reservation even though expedia messed it up. he even let me do laundry outside of his hours he usually allows laundry. I will absolutely stay again!"

"The views were great but the outside facilities by the lake needed to be maintained. The rooms were clean and the hot tub in the room was very nice. The pool and patio area seemed nice. Would definitely recommend staying here if you wanted something quiet and quaint outside of the city."
