Villa NiA is located in the charming town of Nin, the oldest Croatian royal city, just 15 km from Zadar. Villa NiA is a modern two-storey villa (ground floor and first floor) designed to comfortably accommodate 4 + 2 guests. It features two bedrooms with single beds that can easily be combined into double beds. Each floor has its own bathroom with a toilet. The ground floor offers a fully equipped, modern kitchen and a cozy living area, seamlessly connected through large glass doors to the private, fenced outdoor space.



The exterior of the villa is a true highlight. The private illuminated swimming pool is perfect for refreshing daytime swims as well as relaxing evening moments. The spacious terrace is thoughtfully furnished with sun loungers, comfortable outdoor seating, and a dining area, creating an inviting setting for morning coffee or evening gatherings.
