Starting from the ground floor, the open-plan, stylish living space is connected to the equally beautiful kitchen and dining room, from where you can easily access the private pool with hydromassage and beautiful sea views. A cosy bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a guest WC, are also located on the ground floor. The other three elegant bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and 3 out of 4 have a television for added comfort.

But the highlight of this wonderful villa is probably the stunning roof terrace with lounge area and sea views. It's the perfect place for carefree, evening chats while admiring the sunset and watching the sea finally breathe after a busy day at the pool or beach. :)Zaton is a small tourist resort situated between two historic towns - Nin (2km) and Zadar (12km). The beautiful Dalmatian architecture, pleasant Mediterranean climate, beautiful landscapes and a lively tourist atmosphere as well as a variety of beaches offering shade make this place perfect for a pleasant family holiday. Zaton is associated with peace, crystal clear sea, a clean seabed and marvellous sunsets. Good road connections and the proximity of Radar Airport make for a pleasant journey. 2 kilometres from Zaton you will find Nin - a small town situated on an island in a shallow lagoon and connected to the mainland by 2 stone bridges. Nin is known as the oldest royal cradle in Croatia. It is also home to the smallest cathedral in the world. The town has a long history and beautiful natural treasures and is an excellent place for health tourism, as evidenced by the curative sea mud, which is said to cure many diseases. Zadar, the centre of Central Dalmatia, is also not far away (12 km). Zadar is a historic city with a rich cultural and historical heritage dating back to antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Visit the Roman Square, the Church of St. Donat, the Cathedral of St. Anastasia or discover the old defence walls. Besides the cultural and historical beauties, Dalmatia offers a unique gastronomic experience, famous for homemade Dalmatian prosciutto (prut) and Mediterranean blue mussels. Zadar is famous for the light installation "Pozdrav Suncu" (Greeting to the Sun) and the symphony of the Sea Organ. The city completes its offer with various beaches, restaurants, bars and cafés. As an idea for a day trip, we would recommend the national and nature parks, such as the Krka waterfalls, Kornati islands, Plitvice lakes, Vransko jezero, Telascica and Paklenica, which will undoubtedly take your breath away.
