This spacious (230m2), contemporary gem in the countryside with infinity pool measuring 12m by 6m is ideal for families. It can be heated on request.

The luxurious villa is quietly located on a fenced 3ha plot at the end of a private road and, thanks to its corner shape, has complete privacy with -from every room- views of the pool.

All the sliding windows are floor-to-ceiling with automatic shutters, bathing the rooms in light. The fully equipped kitchen in white marble with a stainless steel worktop. It is an open space with the dining room with designer table and chairs and lounge with TV and table football.

There are in total 4 bedrooms, all with floor to ceiling sliding windows to the terrace. The huge master bedroom has an ensuite dressroom, a separate toilet and a big bathroom with a rainshower as well as a bath and a double washbasin. The other 3 bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms with rain shower and washbasin and dressing cupboards and sliding windows to the terrace.

In total, there are 3 toilets; one on the mainfloor, one on the first floor and a separate one in the master bedroom.
In the activity room you can work out (fitness weights, fitness mat and skipping rope available) and play darts.

Set in the lawn and surrounded by a bankirai terrace and covered summer terrace is the large 12 x 6m private swimming pool with steps and a water platform. Sunbeds, hammock and lounge chairs are at your disposal. The terrace at the house offers a lounge set and a dining table that can be enlarged upto 10 seating spaces, under an electric sunscreen. A charcoal BBQ , as well as a big charcoal BBQ for a bigger amount of people is available for you.

In the landscaped Mediterranean garden with olive trees and grapevines is a boules court and you can play badminton or volleyball/handball.

This haven of tranquillity is located just 4 km from the historic centre of Nîmes, famous for its extraordinary monuments from Roman times with arenas, amphitheatre and the daily covered market at Coupolles Les Halles near the shopping centre. The altitude trail is about 5 km away and the Uzès golf course is just 20km away. This holiday villa is ideal for families and an ideal starting point for exploring the Camargue, the Cévennes or a trip to Mont Ventoux.
