"Room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. My only gripe was having no iron and board for ironing clothes before going out. We didn't have breakfast so i really don't know how that would have gone. I liked the location being close to downtown. Staff was awesome."

"Rocky Neck is gorgeous and we had a lovely stay at Elizabeth’s place. Elizabeth was helpful and attentive to our needs. The space is beautiful with incredible views and is so livable and sweet with every amenity you will need for a short or long visit. We highly recommend."

"My family and I had a great time here. The grounds, the space and the view were all amazing. Kids really enjoyed the dock and loved walking down the hill for ice cream and dinner. Communication with Allie the owner was easy and efficient. Will be back for sure!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. It's a spectacular property, convenient to everything, Short drive to town, can walk to one beach, easy drive to others. Much to offer. Grounds beautiful. House spacious to say the least. Well kept. Furniture comfortable, kitchen clean, well-supplied. Lots of TV's, games for the kids, among other things, Pool facility great. Everyone was very sad to leave.Andrew was very attentive and quick to respond to our requests."

"A true Hideaway in a serene environment. Very clean and well appointed....linens are fresh and towels large and absorbant. The bed is incredibly comfortable giving a very restful sleep. Excellent location within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shops in Rocky Neck. Walking distance to water shuttle if want to shop and walk doentown Gloucester. Hosts are great and available if needed. Great communication. Excellent value. Will always make this my first choice when seeking accommodation in Gloucester."

"The uniqueness of the place was fantastic. Well equipped and well furnished. Really just a charming waterfront place outside of the hustle and bustle. The beds could have been more comfortable, but everything else about this place far exceeded expectations so much that it definitely deserves five stars."
