I had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and reliable place to stay. The location is ideal, making it convenient to get around and perfect for both short and longer visits. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, caring, respectful, and genuinely attentive. They made me feel comfortable, safe, and well looked after throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated how the staff regularly checked in and asked if I needed any help or assistance. Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference. The complimentary breakfast was an excellent added benefit, with a good selection to start the day. The airport pick-up service was also fantastic and made my arrival so much easier and stress-free. Having someone there to assist with the transfer was greatly appreciated. Overall, I was very impressed with the hospitality, service, location, and the sense of comfort and security the hotel provided. It is clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests and want them to have a pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others and would be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

It is an older building and in good shape for its age but it does need some upkeep for sure on the room we stayed in. The view was good but the windows need cleaning from the outside, the shower needs a little love to truly get a 5 star experience at least from myself and fiancé’. The staff were quite good in being helpful and attentive but don’t forget it is Cairo so expect to barter on prices when offered services/excursions. We did very much enjoyed our stay there and would recommend to our friends and families.
