「Overpriced and underwhelming. Several hidden charges, including daily residential taxes, insurance and “service charges” which are not disclosed at check in but which you’re billed for at check out (about €20 extra per each day of my stay). You will also need to pay an additional €8 “delivery charge” for room service which is unheard of. Food at the hotel is also very much overpriced and again, not worth it. The only thing going for this property is the view but any other properties on the bay...

「I wanted to like this hotel, but we were disappointed by how old the mattresses and furniture were. Sadly there was no sitting area/sofa in living area, just the trundle bed and a basic table with chairs. The location and balcony view were very beautiful and the host was nice and welcoming, and it was very clean, so that was much appreciated. However the listing said a 4 star hotel so we were a bit disappointed with the situation.」

「Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….」
