「The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). 「A lovely light filled apartment on the first floor in a really quiet area but just minutes from bars / restaurants & the main canal. Hans & Marnie kindly let us check in early & welcomed us on arrival. The apartment is beautifully presented & surpassed the pictures.」
