"Great free shuttle to the airport. The only negative is there isn't any place to eat or walk around to see. Their restaurant is the only place to eat unless you want McDonalds. I know this is out of their control but think people should be aware if they are staying there. Outside of that, the place was clean and the people very nice."

"We had a nice stay in this hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. There are two things that cause me to rate this less than five stars. First is the airport shuttle. It is included with the room, but only runs every half hour whether leaving from the hotel or the airport. The problem is that the shuttle is too small to accommodate so many travelers. On the way from the airport, it was standing room only, and I had to hold my luggage between my legs. On the way from the hotel, we saw the crowd waiting and just ordered an Uber. Since part of the reason we got this hotel was for the shuttle, this was disappointing and an unexpected expense. The second issue is the cost of food at the hotel. There are few restaurant options near the hotel, so without competition, the hotel seems to charge a premium for food."
