「This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach.」

「The hosts David and Lori were great to work with in every way. The pool was perfect with an ocean view. Lots of very friendly guests and residents who helped in many ways to make our vacation special. The condo was clean and comfortable with a new king bed and very nice linens. We would love to come back.」

「We recently enjoyed a relaxing week in Sámara at Cima del Mar, and it was everything we wanted. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well-supplied, and the bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing, and offers incredible views of both sunrise and sunset. The rooftop area provides a quiet place to enjoy the shade and breeze, even in the hottest part of the day. The pool is perfect for a quick swim to cool off and enjoy the view. 「The pool was the saving grace for this property. I would not go anywhere in this region without a pool, it was wonderful to escape the heat and humidity. We were lucky as we were alone in this complex for 10/14 days. That was wonderful as when other units were occupied they had kids that lived in the pool so you never had time to enjoy the pool when others were there. We never had more than 1 family there besides us at a time, but the property has 5 units, so if all 5 were occupied, probably not...

Not a ton of room for suitcase or storage if staying a long time (we had 4 people and didn't unpack).However, the pool was great, the place was clean and a lovely place to stay! We felt safe. 」
