"Great place to enjoy the ocean in Costa Rica away from the tourist centers! Warm Pacific Ocean was literally 50 feet from the Cabina. The Cabina is a basic cabin with no frills as shown in the pictures, but very comfortable. The ocean waves can lull you to sleep or keep you up at night so bring earplugs. "J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit. C'est en pleine nature, on peut y voir beaucoup d'animaux. Les équipements sont un peu rustiques, mais ça donne un vibe plus authentique. J'ai bien aimé mon séjour à jaser avec Jim (le propriétaire), c'est un homme fascinant, il semble un peu rough, mais est une bonne personne. La route pour s'y rendre à partir de Montezuma est un chemin de terre, mais était en très bon état (janvier). Il y a de bons petits restaurants à 5-10 minutes a pied de l'hotel."

"The whole place was spotless and staff were wonderful. Usually we stay close to the water but in tamarindo that means being in the noisier part of town. So we opted for this place and used their shuttle to go back and forth. Loved the tranquility, the views of the ocean and the visit from the group of monkeys right at eye level off the back deck. We will definitely be back! "
