Bring noise cancelling earbuds in case they put you in a room across from the elevators. It wasn't the doors or people, it was sounds of the mechanism clanging and rattling, not constant, but pervasive. My perception was that the sound was in the ceiling. I asked to be moved to a different room but was told the hotel was full - not sure if that was true although there were a few festivals on and a conference at the nearby conference centre, so possibly. My room was not inexpensive. In reviews I saw before booking I saw the word cozy - I'd say industrial. My room - a narrow room - had no dresser or drawers for clothing, just a small shelf. Check in is self check-in supervised by a staff member which in the hospitality industry just doesn't seem very hospitable. Or cozy.

Repeat guest, cozy and well appointed. Staff wonderful and accommodating.

Great location. Staff was polite and efficient. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom. Comfy bathrobe. Nespresso machine was great as well. However, the A/C kept on going on and off during the night to adjust the room temperature and was quite noisy. Also, late arrival of some guests (around 2 am), which could be heard from my room. Hallway and some bedroom walls could use some attention -- they looked a bit banged up.
